Craig Pugsley's Talk:

'The (State Of The) Art Of Conversation'

The future of the web used to be mobile. Now mobile is here, the future of the web is voice. More than just voice interfaces or chatbots, conversational UIs and voice search will reshape the way we interact with our technology in the future. Join Craig and Andy as they discuss some of the secrets of conversational search, and what impact they’ll have on our world. Siri, Google Assistant, Cortana, Alexa and Facebook’s M  – with so many voice interfaces quickly becoming an integral part of our day-to-day lives, Craig and Andy will excite (and probably frighten) us all when they lift the bonnet of a conversational interface and show you the challenges they faced and the learnings they made designing their first intelligent Customer User Interface.
