Alan Thorpe (FIDM)

Managing Director at Bray Leino CX

Alan enables clients to stay relevant by rapidly responding to changing customer expectations. This means focusing Bray Leino CX’s commercial insight, digital expertise, creative talent and technical know-how upon opportunities that drive value for both brands and their customers.

An addiction to exploring possibilities rather than procrastinating over threats does occasionally land Alan in hot water. In 2015 he wound his way to the semi-final of BBC2’s ‘Big Allotment Challenge’ after a blogging experiment got out of hand.

Alan’s worked at director level for Indicia, G2 (now Geometry) and Acxiom, across the UK, France, Germany and Dubai. During this time he’s delivered work for ITV, Santander, Bath Spa University, Innovo, LA Fitness, among many others.

'The Great British Digital Fortunes Show'

Building a digital strategy that will deliver ‘dings’ rather than ‘Eh-uhhs’

Do you worry about staying ahead of digital experience driven disruption? If so, you’re invited to complete the pre-event ‘Digital Status’ survey.

Please join Bray Leino CX at Digital Gaggle for 30 minutes of ‘TV gameshow’ interactive fun as your hosts, Alan Thorpe (MD, Bray Leino CX) with support from Lisa Ballam (Marketing, Bray Leino CX), share the results of ‘we asked you, our audience’ alongside a boat load of case-study backed know-how.

You’ll leave with a cargo of ideas that can help you to deliver the digital experiences that your organisations’ customers expect. And, if you’re up for the challenge of forming one of their two on-stage quiz teams, you may also win a speedboat!
