What’s the refund policy?
We don’t offer refunds for the conference but will let you swap your ticket to a colleague if you can no longer make the event. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org before Thursday 5th April and we will sort you out.
I work for a charity, can I get a free ticket?
We give 10% of tickets to the conference away to charities and Bristol UWE students. If you’d like to apply for a free space, visit the bursary page here for more information.
If you’re an in-house marketer working in B2B, professional services or ecommerce, then this event is perfect for you. You’ll pick up tons of actionable insights and new ideas to put into practice back in the office the next day. That said, if you’re an agency or freelance marketer and just want to refresh your skills, get some inspiration and make new contacts then we’re pretty certain you’ll enjoy this event too.
