Ticket FAQs

What’s the refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds for the conference but will let you swap your ticket to a colleague if you can no longer make the event. Just email claire@noisylittlemonkey.com before Thursday 5th April and we will sort you out.

I work for a charity, can I get a free ticket?

We give 10% of tickets to the conference away to charities and Bristol UWE students. If you’d like to apply for a free space, visit the bursary page here for more information.
