One of the most common questions I get asked in training sessions and by new clients is how we overcome silos and barriers with internal teams that might not be invested in our Search objectives to make our campaigns work. In this session I will cover how to encourage collaboration between Search, Social and PR teams to ensure that all campaigns live and work across all platforms.
This will include overcoming barriers from teams that may not historically have played that well together and how to understand each other’s KPIs to show how working together can deliver for everyone involved. I use my background in PR and Social with my work in Search now to fuse all teams together and empathise with each team’s pain points and KPIs to deliver a strategy that works for everyone.
